Fiduciary Investment Management
We know what we are and we know what we aren't.  We are not Wall Street. We are not stock pickers nor day traders. We do know that historically, over extended periods of time, market values have tended to go up, which is why we take a disciplined multi-asset allocation approach to participate in the long-term growth of the market.
The FIM service will consist of three series of multi-manager model portfolio's utilizing low-cost ETF's across six risk profiles:
  • Walden Beginnings - For account values under $30K
  • Walden Foundations - For after-tax investments $30k and above
  • Walden Foundations IRA - For IRA investments $30k and above

We adjust these models each quarter and provide our clients with the trade logic and market commentary.

  • Online Account Aggregation (we’ll get things organized in one viewing place)

  • Online Access to Investment Portfolios

  • Monthly Account Statements

  • Quarterly Investment Updates

SRI Investment Management
Sustainable, Responsible Impact (SRI) Investing is an investment discipline that seeks to maximize financial return while simultaneously advancing an idea, belief, or cause that is important to the individual investor, with the hope of changing the world for the better. There are many ways to implement a SRI investment approach. Our method of choice is through ESG integration - the practice of incorporating Environmental, Social and Governance factors into investment decisions with the goal of finding the best risk-adjusted returns for our clients. Simultaneously, an ESG portfolios may align with an investors personal values, favoring companies that have high environmental, social and governance standards.
The SRFIIM service utilizes low-cost ETF's across six risk profiles:
  • Walden ESG - For clients interested in ESG integration for risk-adjusted evaluation and potential alignment of their portfolio with their personal values.
    • There is no guarantee that a company with a strong ESG score will outperform a company with a lower ESG score in any given market environment. Investing involves risk including the potential loss of principal. No investment strategy can guarantee a profit or protect against loss in periods of declining values. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
As with FIM, we adjust these models each quarter and provide our clients with the trade logic and market commentary.

The Not So Small Print:

The Fiduciary Investment Management fee is billed against portfolio assets on the first day of each quarter and is based on the average daily balance of the portfolio of the previous quarter. The advisory fee is tiered, meaning once a new threshold is met, the fee listed is applied to that tier. This may result in a blended fee differing from the fee listed on the fee schedule. For more detail, please contact us to discuss.

In addition to the advisory fee, there is an annual $35 account maintenance fee for IRA accounts, and a $9 ticket charge for each ETF trade placed.

Actual fees may be higher or lower depending upon each clients specific situation and the products they select. Investors should note that the deductions of fees will impact overall account returns.
